Using a free floating head to follow the contours of the sample, the Taber® 5750 is the ideal abrasion tester for flat or curved surfaces. It may also be used as a scratch tool, using the scratch kit accessory. Abrasion media, length of stroke, load and speed of stroke can all be user defined to meet specific requirements. The Elcometer 1720 Abrasion Tester is available with either 2 or 4 stations, each station is separated by a water-tight gasket frame, allowing up to 4 at any one time.
