Quality Policy
Our aim is to ensure that Elcometer Limited is the leading manufacturer and supplier of coatings related quality control instrumentation, coatings inspection, concrete inspection, NDT instrumentation and industrial metal detection equipment.
We will achieve this by focusing on worldwide market needs and by maintaining quality manufacturing facilities with a technically capable workforce, in accordance with the requirements of (4) quality management systems. We will strive to implement continuous improvement to products and services reflecting Customer requirements and Supplier relationships.
Relevant business objectives are established and reviewed by the Management Review meetings
Re-certification/Re-calibration
Being an ISO 9001:2015 Certified QMS, accredited companies must identify in their procedures the frequency of re-certification of all test equipment. Elcometer offers all customers a full re-certification and re-calibration service upon request.
How often should I re-certify Elcometer Gauges? The simple answer to this question is whenever your ISO procedures state. Elcometer, however, suggest as a guide, that on normal usage, gauges should be re-certified every 12 months.
